Ms. Sadhya holds a master’s degree and an M.Phil. in English Literature and brings with her over two decades of experience in both college and school education. She began her professional journey in 2003 as an English lecturer at Zhejiang University, China, before returning to India in 2010.
Since then, Ms. Sadhya has held leadership and teaching roles across IB and Cambridge curricula, including PYP, IGCSE, and IBDP. She has taught IBDP English A: Language and Literature and Theory of Knowledge and is IB-certified for leadership roles in both PYP and DP. Her professional journey includes roles such as Head of Department, Academic Head, Exams Officer, and Teacher Trainer.
Ms. Sadhya has a strong track record in academic leadership, including 100% pass results in IGCSE and a consistent all-pass record in IBDP English and TOK. She brings clarity and balance to policy alignment, academic planning, and decision-making, while remaining deeply committed to student well-being and equity.

A decorated veteran with nearly 20 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army, Lieutenant Colonel Kiran Kumar Reddy brings unmatched expertise in operations, human resources management, administration, public relations, security, intelligence, logistics, instruction, strategic analysis, and facility management. His extensive background ensures a strong foundation for managing the diverse and dynamic needs of a leading educational institution.
An alumnus of IIM Indore, where he completed the International Business Management Program, Lt Col Kiran also holds a BSc in Physics, Computer Sciences, and Mathematics from Osmania University, Hyderabad. His academic achievements, coupled with his military discipline, provide a unique blend of analytical and leadership skills.
Lt Col Kiran’s career is defined by strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and inspirational leadership. He has successfully led teams in high-pressure environments, demonstrating the ability to remain composed, decisive, and focused on long-term goals.

Ms. Savitri Potluri joined Indus as the MYP Coordinator for Grades 9 and 10, and over the past year, she has led with clarity, purpose, and a deep understanding of the IB framework. Her promotion reflects her sustained contributions to the academic growth and well-being of our students, as well as her unwavering commitment to educational excellence.
She holds a master’s degree in mathematics from Osmania University and a bachelor’s degree in education. With a strong foundation in both subject expertise and pedagogy, Ms. Savitri brings a balanced and insightful perspective to curriculum planning, faculty mentorship, and student development.
In her new role as Head of School for Grades 9 to 12, Ms. Savitri will provide academic oversight and strategic direction across both the MYP and DP programmes. She will work closely with programme coordinators and faculty to ensure a seamless and coherent learning journey for all senior school students.
Her previous leadership experience includes guiding schools through the IB Authorization and Multi-Programme Evaluation processes, with a particular focus on curriculum documentation and implementation. She has served as an IB examiner for Interdisciplinary Units (IDU), Mathematics, and the Personal Project for the past eight years and was nominated by the IB to participate in the pilot project for revising the Personal Project criteria. Her active involvement in numerous IB workshops reflects her commitment to continuous professional development and to staying current with evolving best practices in education.

Ms. Kavitha, who deeply values education that fosters holistic growth and global awareness, has been an integral part of the Indus Hyderabad community since 2016. She began her journey as a Primary Teacher, later transitioned to the Middle Years Programme as a Mathematics Facilitator, and over the years has held key leadership roles as CLM Coordinator, Associate Coordinator, and currently serves as Coordinator. Her strong grasp of the IB philosophy and framework, combined with her ability to lead with empathy, purpose, and clarity, has been instrumental in strengthening the academic and cultural fabric of the school.
Ms. Kavitha holds a Bachelor's degree from FLAME University, a Diploma in Liberal Education, and a Master of Arts in Education from Azim Premji University, where she specialized in Human Resources with a minor in Psychology. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable experience in people development and organizational effectiveness through her work with ADP. Her first teaching experience at a J. Krishnamurti school marked a turning point, inspiring her lifelong commitment to mindful and reflective education.

Ms. Surbhi has worked in education for twenty years, sixteen of which were spent in the International Baccalaureate's Primary Years Programme. Her primary expertise lies in fostering student development, curriculum planning and implementation along with teacher training.
Her expertise is in global collaboration to enhance student learning experiences was recognized by the British Council. She is voracious reader and an active member in the Mindvalley association, which is one of the biggest platforms for personal development worldwide.
She envisions, IISH as a center of excellence with a primary focus on academic excellence and educational innovation. Through a strong emphasis on the development of values, skills, and learning opportunities that are engaging, significant, challenging, and pertinent, the goal is to cultivate global citizens.
Mr. Achal has 11 years of experience counseling students for their college applications. He worked at Indus from 2018 to 2022 and has helped many students secure admissions to their desired colleges. Mr. Achal is a highly skilled counselor with exceptional management, communication, and leadership skills. He believes in providing personalized guidance to each student and working closely with them to understand their aspirations, interests, and strengths.
With a Master's degree in English Literature and a Bachelor's in education, Mr. Achal is well-suited for the education industry. Additionally, his diverse professional experience in banking, corporate training in the hotel industry, administration at an educational institute, and as an IB facilitator for the English Language has given him a range of skills that he will use to guide our students through the college application process.
Mr. Achal also understands the importance of developing critical life skills in students, such as time management, leadership, and effective communication, which are essential for success in college and beyond.
Dr. Pooja Lather is an enterprising leader, a human resource professional & a school administrator with exceptional communication skills and organizational capabilities. She brings with her more than fifteen years of rich experience in administration & management and this includes more than seven years of fruitful and enriching experience in school administration and management. She has done this in the capacity of International Director & Administrator at GD Goenka Group of Schools and Pastoral Care Head at Ecole Globale International Girls School, Dehradun. These positions involved her conducting and organising international educational exchange programs/ collaborations & recreational trips for students to the USA, UK (Cambridge) and Europe.
She holds the unique credit of two professional bachelor's degrees viz., Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery and Bachelor of Law (Legum Baccalaureus). She has also done her PG Dip in Human Resource Development from LBSIMT and Master of Laws (LLM (Corporate & Commercial Law)) attaining a Silver Medal from ICFAI University. She is a qualified Independent Director (IICA, Min of Corporate Affairs) and also possesses an astronaut training experience at Kennedy Space Centre (NASA), USA.
Hailing from an army background, she brings with her the ethics and enriching moral values of the 'olive green'. Her motivational talks with empathy, pleasing personality, healing smile and loving passion for children imbibe self-discipline amongst the boarders.
